Classification and differences of coated steel products

Ordinary pure zinc coating products (GI) Ordinary hot-dip galvanized products can be divided into ordinary zinc flowers, small zinc flowers, no zinc flowers and smooth surface products according to the surface condition. Because of its advantages such as good corrosion resistance, excellent processing and molding performance, low production cost, and beautiful appearance, it is widely used in construction, automobiles, home appliances and other industries. In particular, small sprinkling and sprinkling-free coating products have fine, dense, smooth surface grains, better paintability and corrosion resistance, and are especially suitable for home appliances, color coating and other industries.

Zinc aluminum alloy plate (GF)
Zinc-aluminum alloy coated panels are also called low-aluminum galvanized steel panels. The coating contains 5% Al, 95% Zn, and trace amounts of rare earth elements. The main advantage is that the coating has good plasticity and adhesion, and the corrosion resistance remains unchanged before and after deformation; the atmospheric corrosion resistance is 2 to 3 times that of conventional hot-dip galvanized sheets and it has good coating and weldability. Among all galvanized sheets, it has the best toughness, corrosion resistance and formability comparable to electro-galvanized sheets. This product is mainly used for corrosion-resistant and weather-resistant environments and coating material substrates.

Aluminum-zinc alloy coated sheet (GL)
The coating structure of the aluminum-zinc alloy coated plate is Al-Zn alloy, and the coating composition is 55% Al, 43.3% Zn, and 1.6% Si. Its surface is smooth and has excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion, which is 2 to 6 times higher than that of the same hot-dip galvanized sheet. It has high temperature corrosion resistance similar to hot-dip aluminum plates, and can be used for a long time without any discoloration or deformation at a high temperature of 315 degrees. The water corrosion resistance is better than hot-dip galvanized sheet and hot-dip aluminum sheet, and the soil corrosion resistance is better than hot-dip galvanized sheet. Its heat reflectivity is higher than 75%, which is twice that of ordinary galvanized sheets. It has good paintability and processability, and is gradually replacing galvanized sheets and is widely used in the world.
Hot dipped galvanized sheet
Hot-rolled galvanized sheet is a galvanized sheet produced directly by pickling and galvanizing using hot-rolled sheet as the base plate. The board can be widely used in construction, automobiles, steel warehouses, railway passenger cars, highway guardrails, etc. At present, hot-rolled galvanized sheets are rarely produced in China, and most of the galvanized production lines that have been built and put into production are galvanized sheets based on cold-rolled sheets. Compared with cold-rolled galvanized sheets, the performance difference between hot-rolled galvanized sheets and cold-rolled galvanized sheets is not very big. Since hot-rolled galvanized sheets omit the cold rolling process, the production cost is lower and it has obvious price advantages.
